Contract Execution & Job Posting

You sign the TalentLink agreement and pay the onboarding fee.

TalentLink posts your job positions and begins sourcing candidates.

Step 4

Candidate Screening & Interviews

TalentLink’s hiring team thoroughly reviews applications and shortlists top candidates.

We conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Shortlisted candidates are recommended for the next stage, where we provide:

Resumes for review.

Video recordings of their TalentLink interview.

Scheduling assistance for interviews with your team.

Step 5

Final Selection &
Hiring

You interview the top candidates and extend an offer to your preferred team member.

TalentLink executes the employment agreement with the new hire.

The new team member reviews and signs your company handbook for alignment with policies.

Step 6

Onboarding & Payroll Setup

You pay the first payroll upfront to initiate the onboarding process.

TalentLink ensures a smooth integration of your new team member into your workflow.

Ongoing support and management are available to help you maximize productivity.
